1. Who you are contracting with
Core Real Estate ("Service") is operated by John Hernandez ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you are entering into a binding agreement with John Hernandez.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service
Core Real Estate is software that helps owners and managers track rental income, expenses, utilities, maintenance, and related obligations across a real estate portfolio. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive activity;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party;
- interfere with security or attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or introduce malware;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent technical limits.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of the data you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Payment and subscription terms
Payment, billing, taxes, currency, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Our Refund Policy describes how to request a refund.
8. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable window, after which it may be deleted.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which John Hernandez operates, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to John Hernandez through the Service's support channels.
